What is Bare?
Our experience at Bare Fitness…
All three of us just love trying out new workouts in town. When we were invited to come down to bare to try them out, we were more than excited, especially after seeing their instagram page (which looks very interesting). We tried out the BLACK training in their business bay branch. The trainer demonstrates on stage and then we follow suite when the timer’s running vividly spread on a wall, it was a super intense workout session but I think that’s the point! We were absolutely surprised with how full the class was, people were spread across even out of the studio space. It was super overwhelming with how many regulars you notice, but extremely inspiring and motivating at the same time. Trying to do the maximum number of sets in a certain amount of time is so easy on the mind as I generally find it difficult to reach a certain number of reps/sets in a general gym. It is definitely more encouraging just running through the workout and focusing more each rep without worrying about how much you’re doing as the countdown does it for you. We would definitely recommend BARE to everyone as its such a fun workout experience while giving you superb results with a great feeling of satisfaction.
