Our Experience at El Chiringuito

Service: Our waitress was definitely the sweetest! Super attentive and helpful.

What we loved: Let's just start with the vibes and atmosphere of El Chiringuito. It's so beautiful you don't even feel like you're in Dubai (of course the weather keeps reminding you of that though). I don't think we were seated for too long because we were just wandering around and trying to get a million photos in different areas, that's how insta worthy this place is. It's definitely getting a bit warmer so they really need to look into coolers for the next month(s). Coming to the food, they have quite a few brunch packages although the food is the same for all. Cotoletta Alla Milanese and a mixing pot of starters such as Terrine of Octopus a la Gallega and Quinoa Salad. For the mains we had a vegetarian pasta and some roasted chicken. From the starters, our favorite was the tuna dish with guac. It's life! Tuna and guac in one dish is everything, it was just so delicious. If you're a tuna lover, you have to try this dish. Another appetizing starter was the Goat Cheese Salad, extremely fresh and well mixed. We loved how almost all the dishes were healthy. El Chiringuito had some fantastic concepts. What they do is that they see the amount of people on your table and then prepare the portions. For dessert, everyone gets a plate of minis such as, chocolate cake, cheese cake, etc.

What we didn’t like as much: We wish they had a wider selection on the menu, as it was pretty limited. The pasta dish was pretty basic, nothing special in terms of presentation or taste. It was just a version of your regular penne arabiata.

What we recommend:

  • All the starters!

Ambiance: A chilled out party vibe, you can turn up if you like, enjoy your drinks at the beach or relax poolside on one of our Bali beds whilst watching the sunset listening to the DJ behind the decks mix the best of old-school beats. Nestled among the trees and a stone throwaway you can find their on site ‘Little Chiringuito’, a fully supervised area dedicated to little kids. So while you kick back and enjoy the kids are kept busy in the haven of all things artsy, crafts, painting, and adventure. A true family affair, ‘La Familia’ is one of the few places to end your weekend on a high.

What to wear to El Chiringuito?

You want to make sure you're wearing something super stylish yet casual and comfy. Stylish, to get some fantastic photos, casual because of the dress code and comfy because that's what Saturday brunches are all about, sitting back and relaxing in something comfy. Pooja and I decided to twin in denim and white, she went for a skirt by H&M and I went for shorts by Bershka. Her lace top is from Zara, my white shirt is from this new online store, Paris Boheme. It's actually a long shirt with cute butterfly patches on it, I basically just made it a tie up crop top. For footwear, you can either wear sneakers or sandals, it goes well with the vibe of the place. A maxi would be perfect too for this place and of course, you do not want to forget your favorite pair of sunnies!
