Service:  Super sweet and friendly staff. Our server took great care of us. Every staff just had a smile on his/her face. The manager was sweet enough to come by at the end and explain the concept of indie and about the different nights they host.

What we loved:  We loved almost every starter that came to the table, it was one better than the other. Our server suggested some really mouthwatering dishes. For example, the Spicy Tuna was so delicious we couldn’t help but order it twice! The Salmon Tartare and Super Corn just melts in your mouth. We couldn’t stop trying out every appetizer on the menu, but sadly had to keep room for mains! The Chicken & Soba Salad is an extra healthy dish for all those weight watchers out there. It consisted of grilled chicken, raw vegetables and soba noodles topped with wholegrain mustard dressing. For the mains, we really enjoyed the Gnocchi that comes with Pesto sauce and Burrata. The Sea Bream was white fish served with a lot of potatoes, we weren’t able to finish the whole dish, but the quality of every dish is beyond incredible. If you like something on the menu, just order it. It’s tastier than it sounds for sure! For the sides we chose to go for the fries, this dish actually surprised us. It wasn’t like the usual fries, each of the pieces were so large in size and tasted amazing. The quantity is more than just for a side. Finally, for the dessert, we ordered the Choco Co & Coconut Passion. Our favorite was the Choco Co only because it was more of chocolate. It was basically chocolate fondue with vanilla ice cream on the side. The Coconut Passion was a bit more of a panna cotta with coconut, lots of passion fruit and berries. It really depends on personal taste.

What we didn’t like as much:  There wasn’t anything we disliked as such, we enjoyed every dish and drink we ordered.

Ambiance: Indie just gives you the whole retro, cozy vibe. Beautiful and quite a large space. During a weekday it’s pretty empty, the food and interiors surely make up for it but again if you like a place really crowded, visit Indie on a Wednesday or a weekend, you would love it. Whereas, we sometime just prefer it to be quiet during the week where we can just chill and eat good food.
