Tribeca is unquestionably inspired by New York’s district and at the moment is also JBR’s ‘chilling’ venue to be at. We were recently invited by Tribeca to try out their dining experience. Tribeca’s main goal is to provide a healthy meal for their guests, as they care for people and their surroundings. Therefore, they have organic food and drinks. Their interiors are custom made with recycled materials, which is a very interesting concept to say the least. It’s spacious, yet cozy. Tribeca has different areas such as the bar area, the cozy area with sofa’s and a restaurant area with different furniture and details. Perfect start to a good night out and extra points for Organic.

Service: The Staff were so welcoming. Especially our server, she was so helpful, she suggested some great dishes. The Service was very quick considering the crowd. Additionally, Blaise, the restaurant Manager, was overly informative and explained in detail what Tribeca is about.
What we loved: THE WHOLE MENU WAS ORGANIC! An interesting compact menu. A lot of delicious items, especially the appetizers. If you are planning to go to Tribeca for a chill evening we would totally recommend appetizers with drinks. Almost every appetizer on the menu is worth trying! The 3 appetizers we took were delicious. Some delicious items on the menu like the king prawns (about 5 prawn pieces) & the asparagus (very well cooked) had outstanding quantity. Furthermore, we would strongly recommend the Salmon Fillet. It was a very different kind of salmon. It was more like a white fish, good quantity and very filling. We also tried the grilled Cajun chicken breast which was good, especially with the little sauce in a small jar they gave us. The sauce adds a good taste to the chicken. We loved their presentation of the food! For the sides, we personally liked the sweet potato fries the best. And for dessert, we would definitely suggest the organic chocolate molten cake with organic ice-cream (and it’s totally Instagram worthy!)
What we didn’t love as much: The Tribeca cheesecake. The regular cheesecake on its own would be okay but we din’t quiet like the mix with the passion fruit. Additionally, the grilled halloumi becomes too cold in minutes and then you can taste the typical saltiness in it, so we’d strongly suggest starting the food as soon as its served.
Ambiance: Lively. Tribeca constantly had people walking in and out. They have their movie nights once every week. There is regularly something special going on. Good pop music with dim lighting and lovely interiors. The place was crowded for a Tuesday night.
